PureForm studio · 6 October 2026 · this notice is accepted on the welcome screen before entry.
1.1. The person who made this site (the “author”) provides an online tool that runs an image and video model. The author is the maker of that tool. The author is not the person who chooses the photo, the prompt, the scene, or the decision to download or share the file.
1.2. A file appears only because a user uploaded material, typed a note, or pressed the control that starts a generation. That user is the one who causes the file to be made.
1.3. The author does not adopt, endorse, or claim authorship of a user’s photo, prompt, or result. Hosting a file for the short time a generation and the archive need is a technical step, not a decision to publish that file.
2.1. The person who uploads a photo, a face, a reference, or any other image accepts full responsibility for that upload and for every file the studio makes from it.
2.2. If the photo shows another person, the uploader warrants that they have that person’s consent, or another lawful basis, for the upload and for the generation. Using someone else’s photo without the consent that the law requires is the uploader’s act. The author did not select that photo and did not ask the uploader to use it.
2.3. The same responsibility covers the prompt, the scene, the result, and what the user does with the result: saving it, sending it, posting it, or selling it.
2.4. The user warrants that the upload and the request do not infringe copyright, likeness, privacy, or any other right, and that they are not illegal. The studio does not grant a licence to use another person’s face, body, or private picture.
3.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the user will indemnify and hold the author harmless against claims, demands, losses, damages, fines, and reasonable legal costs that arise from the user’s upload, prompt, generated file, or the way the user uses or shares that file.
3.2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the user will not bring or support a claim against the author on the ground that the author is responsible for content the user created, uploaded, or requested on this site.
3.3. This notice does not pretend that a court can never be asked to look at a dispute. It is the user’s agreement that the responsibility for user content sits with the user, and that the author is only the maker of the generation tool. Rights that a statute does not allow anyone to waive remain in force.
3.4. The tool is provided as it is. The author does not promise a particular likeness, a particular result, or that a result is lawful for the purpose the user has in mind. The user checks that before using the file.
4.1. The author has no duty to inspect, approve, or monitor every photo or prompt before a generation starts. A filter that blocks some wording is a technical limit, not a statement that everything else is lawful.
4.2. The author may refuse a generation, delete a file, and close an account when a request looks unlawful or against the site rules, without that refusal meaning the author had adopted any earlier file.
5.1. The studio is for adults 18 or older. Uploading or requesting a minor, a person who looks under 18, or sexual content involving a minor is forbidden. The user who does that is responsible for the request.
6.1. The welcome screen asks for this notice together with age and the terms. Entry is the acceptance. A person who does not accept it does not use the studio.

1.1. Человек, который сделал этот сайт («автор»), даёт онлайн-инструмент с моделью изображений и видео. Автор — создатель инструмента. Автор не выбирает фото, промпт, сцену и не решает, скачивать файл или кому-то его отправлять.
1.2. Файл появляется потому, что пользователь загрузил материал, написал уточнение или нажал запуск генерации. Этот пользователь и создаёт файл.
1.3. Автор не принимает на себя, не одобряет и не присваивает фото, промпт или результат пользователя. Хранение файла на время генерации и срока архива — технический шаг, а не решение опубликовать этот файл.
2.1. Человек, который загружает фото, лицо, референс или любое другое изображение, принимает всю ответственность за эту загрузку и за каждый файл, который студия соберёт из неё.
2.2. Если на фото другой человек, загружающий подтверждает, что у него есть согласие этого человека или иное законное основание и на загрузку, и на генерацию. Использование чужого фото без согласия, которого требует закон, — поступок загружающего. Автор это фото не выбирал и не просил его использовать.
2.3. Та же ответственность покрывает промпт, сцену, результат и то, что пользователь делает с результатом: хранит, пересылает, публикует или продаёт.
2.4. Пользователь подтверждает, что загрузка и запрос не нарушают авторские права, права на изображение, частную жизнь и иные права и не являются незаконными. Студия не выдаёт права пользоваться чужим лицом, телом или частным снимком.
3.1. В максимальной степени, которую допускает применимый закон, пользователь ограждает автора от претензий, требований, убытков, штрафов и разумных судебных расходов, которые возникнут из загрузки, промпта, сгенерированного файла или из того, как пользователь этим файлом распорядится.
3.2. В максимальной степени, которую допускает применимый закон, пользователь не предъявляет и не поддерживает иск к автору на том основании, что автор отвечает за контент, который пользователь создал, загрузил или запросил на этом сайте.
3.3. Этот текст не обещает, что суд в принципе нельзя попросить разобрать спор. Это согласие пользователя с тем, что за пользовательский контент отвечает пользователь, а автор — только создатель инструмента генерации. Права, от которых закон не позволяет отказаться, сохраняются.
3.4. Инструмент даётся как есть. Автор не обещает конкретное сходство, конкретный результат и то, что результат законен для цели пользователя. Это проверяет пользователь до того, как пользоваться файлом.
4.1. У автора нет обязанности просматривать, одобрять или контролировать каждое фото и каждый промпт до старта. Фильтр отдельных формулировок — техническое ограничение, а не заявление, что всё остальное законно.
4.2. Автор может отказать в генерации, удалить файл и закрыть доступ, если запрос выглядит незаконным или против правил сайта. Такой отказ не означает, что автор принял на себя более ранний файл.
5.1. Студия для людей 18 лет и старше. Загружать или запрашивать несовершеннолетнего, человека моложе 18 на вид или сексуальный контент с несовершеннолетним запрещено. За такой запрос отвечает тот, кто его отправил.
6.1. Экран входа просит принять это уведомление вместе с возрастом и пользовательским соглашением. Вход и есть принятие. Кто не принимает текст, студией не пользуется.
