PureForm · 7 October 2026 · version 1.3. This replaces version 1.2 of 6 August 2026: the pack table and which payment methods can be selected are updated. The responsibility notice of 6 October 2026 is accepted with these terms.
1.1. These terms cover the PureForm service: this studio site and the Telegram bots named on the About page, including the payment bot and the support bot.
1.2. Using the service, including opening the site, starting a bot, signing in, uploading a photo, paying, or receiving a generation, means you have read these terms and the responsibility notice and accept them.
1.3. If you do not accept them, stop using the service.
1.4. The service is only for people 18 or older.
2.1. The service provides digital goods: AI generation from a photo you upload, packs of gens, a timed hour pass, and the pages of this studio.
2.2. There is no physical product. The result is a digital file or access to the tool.
2.3. Results can include model output and the studio’s own scenes, prompts, and interface.
2.4. The value is access to the tool, not a promise that every result is unique or exactly what you pictured.
2.5. The service does not promise that a result will match your expectation, that it is unique outside the service, or that it is fit for a commercial use you have not checked yourself.
2.6. You warrant that you have the rights to the images you upload and that your requests do not violate other people’s rights or the law. The separate responsibility notice states that this duty, including photos of other people, sits entirely with you. The author of the site only provides the generation tool.
3.1. The service is provided as it is.
3.2. The administration does not promise uninterrupted work of the site, Telegram, payment providers, or the model, and does not promise that a face or body in a result will be free of artifacts.
3.3. The administration is not liable for indirect loss, for what you do with a result, for third parties such as Telegram and payment systems, for queues and outages, or for content you uploaded and the lawfulness of how you use it.
3.4. You decide what to do with a result, and you do it at your own risk.
4.1. The service is not for illegal activity.
4.2. You use it within the law and within Telegram’s rules.
4.3. You must not upload or request minors in any form, sexualisation of children, real-world violence, or other people’s images without a lawful basis and the consent the law requires.
4.4. You alone are responsible for the lawfulness of how you use the service.
4.5. The administration may refuse a generation, delete a file, and limit access when a request looks like a breach, without a refund.
5.1. The code, design, text, branding, templates, and prompts of the service belong to the administration or the rightsholders.
5.2. You may not copy or resell the service’s own materials. A generation you obtained lawfully is yours to use at your own risk.
5.3. Rights in the photo you upload stay with that photo’s rightsholder. Rights in a generated file follow applicable law. You use the result at your own risk.
6.1. Access can be limited for a breach of these terms, abuse, a legal or payment-provider requirement, or a suspected forbidden request.
6.2. A limit does not cancel duties that already arose.
7.1. You pay on the terms shown before payment. Stars can be selected now. SBP, card, and crypto stay listed, but they cannot be selected until the payment service is verified. The pay button opens the payment bot with the pack already chosen.
7.2. The Stars price is the base. Other methods add the provider margin. The grid below matches the packs on the balance page. The amount in the invoice is the one that counts.

7.3. A digital service is delivered when the gens or the pass are on the account, or when a successful generation is handed to you.
7.4. After delivery, a refund is normally not made, except where the law requires it.
7.5. A refund is considered when the service failed to deliver, the balance was not credited, the charge was a duplicate, or the law requires a refund.
7.6. Ask within 24 hours via @PureFormSupport_bot, with the payment method, the time, and any charge id you have.
7.7. The decision looks at the payment log and whether the service was delivered.
7.8. You agree not to start a chargeback before you have asked support and given it a reasonable time to answer.
7.9. Provider fees can be kept by the provider. The amount is shown before you confirm.
8.1. The studio stores the account and the files described in the privacy notice.
8.2. Reasonable care is taken. Absolute security is not promised.
9.1. These terms, prices, and pack descriptions can be updated. The current text is the one published on this site.
9.2. Continuing to use the studio after an update means you accept the update, unless a law requires something else.
10.1. Support is a ticket bot, not a group chat: @PureFormSupport_bot.
